Review:

Somehow I missed the part about biblical principles when I requested this book but I'm glad I wasn't deterred.  While I'm not big on the bible I agree with a lot of the advice Theo Etzel gives. Easy to read and based on a lot of common sense principles this book is a nice starter for new leaders.

While there are biblical references throughout the book they don't take away from the message for those not religious.  This book gives great tips on how to lead and not "manage" staff.  I liked the personal examples and easy way of sharing with us the leadership strategies that have made his business successful.
