REVIEW:
Kace Karrington is an unrepentant asshole. He has sex with different women but doesn't have relationships. His world revolves around money and loneliness. On his way to a soiree he keeps getting text messages from his sister which he ignores thinking she is just needing money. After all he has bailed her out of more bad situations than he can count and will give her anything she needs unless its to get more drugs. When his sister finally calls he answers only it isn't who he expects to hear on the other end of the line. Its a young man telling him his twin sister is in the hospital and it isn't looking good to please come now.
Frustrated at the different turn his night is taking Kace heads off to the hospital and what he finds there changes the direction of his life. Learning about his sisters love for him and how she looked up to him he starts to reevaluate his life. This is almost a coming of age story except its more like a midlife crisis realization. Easy to read and short this book give you a taste of what could have been a great book if it had been longer, instead I can only say it was good. Definitely worth the quick read.
