Q. Are you more willing to read traditionally published books than self-published (indie) books? Or do you not have a preference? (submitted by Julie @ JadeSky)

 
A. I will read anything.  I have found a great many self published authors that are fantastic so I read what sounds interesting I don't get hung up on whether its self published or published by some big company.  In fact I like helping self-published authors get the word out about their books.

    I love your answer and totally agree. Some of my favourite authors are self published and they are just as good as the big names out there.

    I am the same way. I don't care if the author is self, indie or traditional published. If the book is good than I am happy to read it.

    A little late here, but yes to all of that! The joy I got out of recommending self-published books was really different than if I'm the nth voice to say that Sally Rooney's latest is once again great! Have a lovely weekend :)
